Affiliate links & legal disclosure

Our transparency policy

ChromaStack is a free tool. To fund its development and hosting, some pages contain affiliate links to partner shops. When you purchase through these links, we earn a small commission — at no extra cost to you and with no influence on our editorial content. Our recommendations and Delta-E scores are calculated independently of any commercial agreement.

Amazon Associates Programme

ChromaStack participates in Amazon affiliate programmes compatible with the marketplaces shown on the site. As an Amazon Associate, we may earn from qualifying purchases made through those links.

Selected marketplace: Amazon France.

Marketplace actually used by the link: Amazon France.

When no local tag is available yet, the link may temporarily point to Amazon France to preserve affiliate tracking.

The Amazon marketplace is chosen automatically from the Accept-Language header sent by your browser. When an explicit region is present, such as fr-FR, de-DE, or en-US, we use it. When the browser only sends a generic language such as en, we apply a simple fallback to the most likely Amazon marketplace.

What this means for you

  • The price you pay is identical whether you use our link or not.
  • Our Delta-E scores and equivalents rankings are purely algorithmic — they are not influenced by affiliate commissions.
  • You can always search for the paint directly on Amazon without using our link, or switch marketplace next to the Amazon buttons.

How to identify affiliate links

Links to Amazon are identified by a discreet 'Affiliate link' badge directly on the button. The marketplace used is determined automatically from the language and region sent by your browser.
